This Moon Gazing Hare Animal Themed Pendant is expertly crafted with beautiful Bronze.  This pendant has a hare shape making up the design. This pendant is created in high detail.  The chain is gold plated.  According to many myths, the hare symbolises femininity, longevity and rebirth and is associated with the lunar cycle. The Anglo-Saxons depicted Ostara, the goddess of the moon, fertility and spring with a hare’s head. Eostre, the Celtic version of this goddess, was said to be a shape shifter who turned into a hare at full moon. Both hares and rabbits were sacred to the Celts and were used for divination and other shamanic practices.

This pendant measures approximately 29.00mm (1.14 inches) x 22.00mm (0.86 inches) in diameter.  An 18.00 inches (45.72cm) gold plated chain comes with this piece.
