This Plaid Brooch is expertly crafted with beautiful Stylish Pewter Badge set surrounded by a base metal that is plated with palladium plating to ensure that it is scratch and tarnish resistant. A highly detailed piece designed with a circle of thistles, the plant symbol of Scotland. Plaid Brooches are traditionally worn as weights to keeping fly plaids in place, although they can suit a number of different uses including scarves and sashes.

These clan crest badges are authentic representations taken from the Arms of the Chiefs of the Clans. Every Clan Chief or family head has a Coat of Arms granted by the Lord Lyon King of Arms, which is listed in the Public Register of All Arms and Bearings in Scotland.
